Broccoli & Cheese
  • 1 ½ lbs. fresh broccoli
  • 1 cup Velveeta cheese sauce (see Mac and Cheese recipe for sauce)
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup Tidal Top Off
Steam Broccoli or boil in salted water until desired tenderness. Drain.

Place in baking dish. Pour cheese sauce over broccoli. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over that. Top with Tidal Top Off. Microwave on High 1:30 or until cheddar cheese is melted. Yields 4 servings
