Baked Fish Recipe / Ready In Minutes

I use fresh haddock but you can use any white fish that’s available in your local fish market. Tidal Top-Off is also scrumptious on shellfish!

• Recipe for 1lb. of Fish
  
• Melt 2-3 tlbs. Butter in shallow baking dish
  
• Roll fish in butter to coat
  
• Cover with 1/2 cup of Tidal Top-Off
  
• Dot with 1 tlb. Butter
  
• Bake @350 for 20 minutes.
  
• **Or Microwave on high for 3:15
  
• ** Depending on the microwave wattage, cooking times may vary.
  
• (You can substitute white wine & lemon for butter.)
