Story:

Years
ago, while living in Boston, I opened a catering business
and for five years had the pleasure of working for many fascinating
people, mostly in the banking and food industries.
Always wanting a restaurant of my own and loving Maine,
it seemed only natural that my path brought me here. Settling
in a small, but beautiful four-season resort town nestled
in the mountains, my dream became a reality.
For 11 years I enjoyed the patrons and success of my restaurant.
The menu was primarily
fresh seafood. My customers were local folks, tourists,
and summer residents. Having them in my restaurant was like
welcoming them into my home. When people called three weeks
in advance for reservations and said, I want to make
sure I get in, youre part of my vacation, I
knew I was doing it right.
Since then, I moved to southern Maine, and decided to enhance
one of my favorite crumb toppings for seafood. Through lots
of experimenting and days of taste testing, a definite winner
emerged. Tidal Top-Off
was born. Now you, your family, and friends can enjoy a
house specialty right at home.
